DELIVERY INFORMATION

Fresh meals, delivered mid-week.

We deliver across Sydney every Tuesday and Wednesday, so your fridge or freezer can be stocked with wholesome, ready-to-enjoy meals for the week ahead.

When do we deliver?

Orders close Sunday at 12:00am for delivery the following week.

Your order will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your delivery location and our weekly delivery schedule. Your available delivery day and delivery window will be shown at checkout.

Sydney-wide delivery

We currently offer delivery Sydney-wide.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Receiving your delivery

Our meals are freshly prepared and need to be refrigerated or frozen promptly after delivery.

Once your order arrives:

Fridge: Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.
Freezer: Freeze meals intended for longer storage according to the instructions provided.
Best Before: Always follow the date and storage instructions on your meal packaging.

What if I'm not home?

If you won't be home on delivery day, please make sure there is a safe, suitable place for your order to be left and follow any delivery instructions provided at checkout.

Because our meals are fresh, we can't guarantee food safety if they are left unattended for an extended period or stored incorrectly after delivery.

Something went wrong?

If your order is missing an item, arrives damaged, or you have any concern about the condition of your food, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
