All meals are packed in insulated boxes with food-grade ice packs to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit. Fresh meals arrive refrigerated. Frozen meals arrive cold and should go straight into your freezer. If you're not home, the box will hold temperature for up to 4 hours.

Fresh meals keep for up to 3–4 days in the fridge from delivery. Frozen meals last up to 3 months in the freezer. We always recommend freezing upon arrival if you're not planning to eat within 2 days.

Full heating instructions are printed on every label. Most meals reheat in 4–6 minutes in the microwave or 5–8 minutes on the stovetop. The pie reheats best in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Never microwave in the foil container.

Yes, absolutely. All fresh meals can be frozen on the day of delivery. Once frozen, they last up to 3 months. This is actually what we recommend if you're stocking up for the weeks ahead.

All allergens are clearly listed on every product page and on our Nutritional Information page. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Orders placed after Sunday midnight will be included in the following week's delivery run. You'll receive an email confirmation with your estimated delivery window. If you need something urgently, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

We want you to love every meal. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or issue a credit. We can't accept returns on food products, but we will always make it right.
