We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including ingredient availability, delivery or payment.

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.

Food is handmade in small batches, so appearance, portioning and presentation may vary slightly between batches.

Ingredients & allergens

Ingredients and allergen information are provided with each product.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please review the ingredient and allergen information before ordering and contact us if you need clarification.

Please do not assume a meal is suitable for you based solely on its description.

We prepare a range of foods in our kitchen, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Australian food businesses must provide required allergen information under the Food Standards Code.

Storage & food safety

Customers are responsible for following the storage, reheating and use-by/best-before instructions provided with their meals.

Once food has been delivered, appropriate storage and handling becomes the customer's responsibility.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to change prices, products or promotions from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where required by law.

Promotions

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and are subject to any conditions stated with the promotion.

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
